Description
Communication Model
- Day-to-day communication is handled through our Client Manager.
- Legal advisory is provided primarily in written form.
- Meetings, where agreed, are conducted remotely via video conference and are counted within the allocated advisory hours.
- Priority handling for urgent matters (subject to availability).
Response time: within 1 business day (priority queue)
Unused hours: do not roll over
